I wanted to write to you about my experience with Inn. I am honestly not sure how we originally got connected, maybe on Alibaba, maybe by email? She can probably tell you. She is a good communicator and although at first I was not sure that EBI had thetype of packaging I needed she worked hard to find the containers I needed in the right materials. She has worked on large projects like our glass preroll tubes that took a lot of back and forth to develop the label application. She has worked on smaller projects like aluminum grinders that turnedout great. We recently had an idea for better packaging and she made it happen very quickly. Inn is a pleasure, we even spoke on the phone once vie WeChat to make sure that everything was clear so she is a great communicator, hard worker with quick follow up and not a push sales person, but always willing to make sure the product is something we need and can use. She is the type of employee that does not give up until the customer is happy.
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I am the Manager of Foreign Trade Operations at HAKS. We have been collaborating with EBI-China since February 2023, initially working together on aerosol tubes and valves. I would like to take this opportunity to share our feedback on our experience with EBI-China over the past 1.5 years. During this time, we have successfully completed several shipments from China. While EBI-China is not our only supplier from China, there is a magnificent difference that sets EBI-China apart from others-this difference is undoubtedly due to Ms. Dana Fu. Over the last 1.5 years, we haven't encountered any issues with our shipments. In addition, we have often had numerous questions prior to shipments, and despite the significant time difference between Turkey and China, Dana always responded promptly, even during late hours. On several occasions, when we required other materials such as glass bottles, Dana not only helped us find the best option but also coordinated the shipments for those items without any problem. After such excellent experiences, whenever we need anything from China, Dana is our first point of contact, as we know she will always find the best solution for us.
I am writing this letter in appreciation of Ms. Demi Deng and the great help and support she has given me. Demi has been very helpful, patient and responsive during the months of us working together. She is knowledgeable in her work and provided me with the information that I needed in getting my product ready. This includes the strength of aluminium bottles, printing of the colours that I require and even looking up customs and shipping regulations once the product is ready. Demi has a great command of english and is very communicative, rising over and above to reply even at times when I am travelling overseas and working in different time zones.
